Zjoeff.nl is completely owned by Scubic C.V., a company listed in the Trade Register of the Eindhoven Chamber of Commerce under the file number 53449649 and the VAT number NL 85 08 84 731 B01. The registered office is at Gasfabriek 3, 5613CP Eindhoven, Netherlands.

These general terms and conditions apply to all purchasing and sales agreements concluded by Zjoeff.nl and its customers via www.zjoeff.nl and all its sub-domains.

No agreement can be created without your agreement to these terms and conditions.

By placing an order in the Zjoeff.nl online shop the customer declares to accept the terms and conditions.

Zjoeff cannot guarantee that the content of the site is always free of inaccuracies and typographical errors. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up to date. Zjoeff is entitled to change the content of the site at any time.

The colors on your screen may differ from those of the original product. This depends on, among other things, your computer settings. We make every effort to display the correct colors in our online shop.

This warranty is only valid in countries where the product was purchased, given that Zjoeff has intended that the product is offered for sale in that country.

This warranty is complementary to and not limited to the statutory provisions of the country where the product was sold.

The warranty period will not be extended, renewed or otherwise affected due to subsequent resale, repair or replacement of the product, to the extent permitted by the statutory provisions.

Products or parts replaced under warranty by Zjoeff, however, will be warranted for a new warranty period of two years.

I. Payment

All prices are in Euro and are inclusive of Dutch VAT of 21% and are exclusive of shipping costs.
We accept payments via iDEAL (in the Netherlands), Bank Transfer, Visa, and MasterCard.
After you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
Payments are processed by Mollie.

II. Delivery

The items are delivered by PostNL or DHL. You will receive a tracking number by email after your order has been dispatched.
Delivery time commences as soon as Zjoef has received payment from the customer.
All orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days after receipt of payment.
We are open from Tuesday to Saturday.
We are closed on weekends and on Dutch public holidays.

III. Returns policy

You may return an item within the 7-day period following the item’s delivery.

Any item that you wish to return must be reported and sent in accordance with the returns procedure as otherwise the refund may be rejected or delayed.

Any item that you wish to return must be delivered to Zjoeff within seven days of the request to return the respective item(s).

The respective item(s) must be sent back to Zjoeff in perfect condition.

Returned items will only be accepted if all labels and decals are intact and affixed.

Zjoeff will not accept any items with missing labels and/or decals.

Following the seven-day period, Zjoeff will assume that the customer is satisfied with the order.

We advise you to provide Zjoeff with a tracking number for your return shipment.

Zjoeff is not responsible for any damage, theft or loss.

All deliveries are subject to availability.

Defective items are exchanged for the same type of product in the same color and specification, subject to availability. Refunds for defective items will be effected within 30 days of delivery.

Customers that wish to make a complaint should always contact Zjoeff first.

Items may only be returned to Zjoeff, Gasfabriek 3, 5513 CP Eindhoven, Netherlands

IV. Force majeure

In the event of force majeure, Zjoeff is entitled to dissolve the agreement between Zjoeff and the customer. Force majeure is a serious hindrance at Zjoeff or transport standstill.

V. Intellectual property

This website and all subdomains are the intellectual property of Scubic C.V. Nothing may be copied or used without the permission of Scubic C.V

VI. Privacy

Personal information will be saved and treated with care; it will not be passed on to third parties.

The Zjoeff online shop uses Secure Socket Layers (SSL), the industry standard for the transmission of information used to process orders.

VII. Cookies

This website uses cookies to allow visitors an easy and smooth experience. Cookies ensure that your selected country is remembered, that the content of your shopping basket is saved and that you remain logged in.
